Description
Using the latest in pigment technology, HyperChrome is an airbrush ready Chrome paint that will give professional results with minimal effort.
Apply lightly at 12 to 15PSI over a PL30 Jt Black gloss base coat for superior results. For an even glossier finish, apply SMS Super Clear over your gloss black. Apply over different base colours to create different shades and tones.
This paint is alcohol based and will require a protective clear coat to be handled without damaging the finish. Top Coat with Water Based Clear ONLY.
Compatible & Tested Top-Coats (Updated 3/12/24)
- SMS Infinite Colour Gloss IC03 applied without thinning through airbrush. Optionally thinned 20-25% with Methylated Spirits for improved self-levelling and flow through airbrush, hyper-chrome must be fully cured to use thinned. Tested in store and recommended by SMS.
- Deluxe Materials 'Looks Like Glass" - recommended by SMS.
