Return Policy

How do I return something?

We take returns on any unopened and unused products in their original condition.

All returns must be carefully wrapped, damaged items will not be accepted.  Refunds will be provided upon arrival of returned products.

Wigs must remain be unworn for health and safety reasons. Wigs must be in original packaging with hairnet, not styled and uncut. If you are unsure once colour wig you need, please order a Sample Ring!
